What is the difference between a bouquet and an arrangement?

A bouquet is a hand-tied arrangement of flowers, WITHOUT a vase. An arrangement is a floral design WITHIN a vase either in water or floral foam.

We always do our best to deliver to the expectation of the item’s picture and most of the time, your order will look exactly the same. However, as we work with living and seasonal goods, select flowers or colors might not always be available, which is why we occasionally substitute. Your bouquet or arrangement will still look almost exactly the same, retain the same ‘look’ and ‘vibe’ and be of the same value.
Will my bouquet be wrapped like in the picture on the website?

No, most of the bouquets on website are wrapped in paper to focus the attention on the selection of flowers, as wrapping can be distracting. We usually carefully wrap our bouquets with tissue paper and in paper or cellophane depending on the style of the bouquet.
Is the selection you have on the website the only options you have?

The items online are curated bouquets and arrangements, but we do have more selection in store. If there is something that you are looking for that isn’t on the website, feel free to email us or call us to see if we can accommodate you.
Do you have a Return Policy?

Unfortunately, as we work with perishable goods, we do not offer a return on any orders. However, we understand that sometimes, unexpected things happen. If you have an issue with your order and you contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will do our best to resolve the issue, so that you are satisfied.
What is the difference between Jardin Alex and Jardin Julia?

Jardin Alex and Jardin Julia are owned by the same person, Julia Jung. Julia has owned Jardin Alex since 2005 and has decided to expand her brand with a different style. Jardin Julia is the result. Same location, same florist, different style.
